Renaming a rocket or a platform toggles it on/off

When you rename a rocket or a rocket platform, it sends a Toggle command as well, so you will end up with a disabled rocket or platform that you will have to toggle back on.

Steps to Reproduce

- Build a rocket on a rocket platform

- Rename both of them

- Wait for dupes to deal with them

- You will now have a disabled rocket and platform

fyi, that toggle command comes from hitting enter (out of habit) afterwards and this problem occurs on all renameable buildings
