The attached save produces a reliable hard crash (crashes out without the usual cash screen) or a lockup, where everything freezes with high CPU, after something like 20 seconds. Did 4 tries, 2 crashed 2 locked up and a full computer reboot (down to "off") before the last try, just to be sure.
I have had several hard crashes before, but this is the first which freezes on some tries and the first repeatable one.
Loading an auto-save from 1 cycle earlier works.
Edit: Ah, no it does not. It just crashes a bit later.
One thing I found is that my "infinite" ethanol storage seems to have gotten corrupted:

There was not enough liquid in there for an actual wrap around as IEEE754 single takes values up to 3,4·10EE38. Even if everything is expressed in microgram, that should still be something like 20 decimal places removed from wrapping. Also IEEE754 says no wrap, but go to +inf instead.
On the other hand, this seems to have happened hundreds of cycles before and may not be the cause of the crash. It still is a bug.
Edit: Just filed a bug for the cell-corruption as it may be a separate issue.
