Radiation vomiting in Moo-asteroid causes crash

Dupes heavily exposed to radiation trying to vomit sporadically crashes the game. I can't figure out the trigger, maybe related to long ladder scaffold?

Steps to Reproduce

This bug is sporadic and I don't know exact steps do reproduce. Provided save file crashes after ~1 cycle and 1 autosave on afk, but this is also sporadic and may not be reproduced.

Found out the trigger. It is not from the Moo-asteroid, but from exploitally expanded rocket and vomiting over dark-void. Included save has modified to set dupes on right side corner of the steel-melted rocket. Wait for vomit(stress or rad), and you can see the game crashes.
