Polluted DIrt and Polluted Water Sometimes Overpressure When Below 1800g/tile

There is a bug (or difference) in the way polluted dirt(debris)/water is emiiting polluted oxygen.  I frequently play the swamp biome and have never had to use a sublimation station so early in a playthrough because of low oxygen levels.  First two screen caps are below 1kg/tile, last two are above 1kg/tile.  Tiles of polluted dirt do not seem affected.

I'm convinced there is a bug/change after checking polluted dirt from the outhouse - there is no food germ emissions in the air, even several cycles after cleaning.

Steps to Reproduce
  • Begin a swamp biome and dig out a large area containing polluted dirt/water.
  • Check the emission status of polluted water bottles and polluted dirt debris.  Approximately half will be overpressure when below 1800g/tile
  • Over several cycles, three dupes will consume the polluted oxygen faster than it will be emitted by tiles, debris and water combined.
