Plug Slug Egg can't be selected while on ground

While a plug slug egg is on the ground, it can't be clicked on, and doesn't show on the list of objects within that tile (see attached video).

Steps to Reproduce

Let a plug slug drop an egg on the ground. I'm unsure if the ladder being in that spot has anything to do with it, or if this extends to all plug slug eggs (or if it affects other items).

I too have encountered this bug.

Pic and save included.

I was able to interact with it indirectly be dragging a sweep command around it then clicking the sweep command although the egg is still not clickable directly.
