Pips cannot harvest mutated Arbor Acorns from irradiated Arbor Trees

Pips cannot produce mutated Arbor Acorns from irradiated Arbor Trees. This makes mutated Arbor Acorns impossible to obtain. Furthermore, this makes it impossible to grow mutated Arbor Trees without cheats.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Irradiate many Arbor Trees.

2. Wait for some nearby Pips to harvest Arbor Acorns from said Arbor Trees.

3. None of the harvested Arbor Acorns will have mutations.

Any hope of this getting fixed eventually? I'd really like to start a mutated arbor tree farm in my next playthrough. No rush, just curious!
