The Party Line Phone is not affected by the "Grounded" building restrictions inside a rocket. Consequently, dupes will travel long distances during downtime to chat on the phone and sometimes miss out on sleep schedule. I haven't tested it, but other recreation buildings should probably be counted in the building restrictions.
Steps to Reproduce
Build Party Line Phone inside any rocket.
Set Interior Building Restrictions to "Grounded"
Beds, bathrooms, tables, cabinets, etc. become restricted, but the phone remains available for use.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
