Party Line Phone always drawing power & creating heat?

The phone is using power and generating heat even if nobody is using it? (no other phone was built yet)

Consequently it has a permanent 100% uptime.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Hmm. Good point. Yes. would have to be tied to the time then. Or maybe you could put in several phones and make one not dependent on the dupe detector but triggering it. That would at least reduce power draw to one phone.
