Oxygen mask metal delivery task does not generate a task correctly. I can get dupes to deliver metal, but only if it's an emergency, shown in the screencap, and when they do, for some reason they think they're delivering to themselves.
Steps to Reproduce
Build an oxygen mask station in an oxygen rich environment. filter its supply to Cobalt ore only. It will run out of metal, preventing access to tasks past it. Increasing priority doesn't help, until emergency priority. Dupes will supply it with cobalt ore on emergency priority.
