Not sure how the new dupe stats should be working?

When playing with a dupe that started with the skill Masterworks, it's visible like this:r/Oxygennotincluded - DLC - Help, how do these new dupe stats work?

The dupe can wear the hat but will not complete Masterworks tasks. r/Oxygennotincluded - DLC - Help, how do these new dupe stats work?

Is the skilled start supposed to give them the skills, or is it only a moral boost? Because the naming of it (seen below) seems to imply that its a skill, while the hovered description seems to be moral only? If it is moral only, the dupe shouldn't be able to wear the hat.

Hi! Thanks for the report. If you notice in the skill screen you've got the tier 3 skill, but it does not unlock tier 1 or 2 skills automatically. Those are still required for what you showed. This is how it works at the moment, you can see a similar thread below and share more thoughts on that here, or in the feedback forum.
