Missing geysers/vents when disabling Teleporters

Geysers/vents/oil reservoirs and certain POI are completely missing from only Oily Swamp Asteroid when disabling Teleporters in Game Settings for a new game. Underlying neutronium tiles and diggable tiles ontop of vents are still there.

All mods are disabled.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Activate Debug Mode
  2. Start New Game
  3. Choose Game Mode: Survival
  4. Choose Asteroid Style: Spaced Out!
  5. Choose any seed for Terrania Asteroid
  6. Disable Teleporters in Game Settings
  7. Start Game
  8. Choose any dupes
  9. Change to Oily Swamp Asteroid
  10. Check geysers/vents/oil reservoirs

Using backspace (developer debug) doesn't automatically spawn entities. You can click Spawn All (Slow) to spawn them but note that the game will start simulating all the asteroids.
