Liquid fuel tanks work for all rocket types

Using a liquid fuel tank on a CO2 (pump in liquid CO2) engine I can travel 40 tiles.  On a steam rocket I can travel 144 tiles if I add 4 liquid tanks and pump in water (don't even bother adding steam to the engine itself).  You can do the same with liquid sucrose to make the sugar engine useful.

Steps to Reproduce

Build any rocket

Add a liquid fuel tank

Pump in the liquid form of whatever element it uses (water, sucrose, co2...)

Observe the range

But time?

I also saw that liquid fuel tank can fit any engine but I don't think it is really a "bug".

Yes, steam engine can travel 144 tiles but how long will that take..? Around 720 cycles or so (0.2 tiles/cycle speed)..? Yeeeeah....

Sugar engine could travel 12 tiles in 20 cycles, CO2  40 in 22 (if you manage to stabilize liquid CO2) and small petroleum engine 27 in 18 but only in a small command module (very limited life support)
