Whenever a duplicant at pumps the pitcher pump and the animation is interrupted*, the already extracted liquid is neither returned to the pool nor filled/spawned into the bottle (seen in the animation)
* Actions I saw causing this behavior:
- Move command
- Schedule change to Downtime
- Going to a Massage Table
