Invisible Cursor

Cursor turns invisible during the loading process and remains that way when games becomes playable.

Changing graphics options, selecting different resolution, resizing window, restarting game and rebooting system all have no effect. 

Steps to Reproduce

Load a saved world.

This is an issue caused by the latest version of Windows 11 Insider Preview Build. Microsoft is aware of the issue.
