'Invalid building location' warning not updating

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pause the game
2. Place some tiles
3. Hang Aero Pots from new tiles (tiles shouldn't be constructed yet)
4. Unpause the game and wait for tiles to construct

Observed behavior:

Aero pots have signs that complain about building locations despite tiles being present. Warning from the list at the left did go away.

Expected:

As soon as tiles are done, for warning to go away

Also, likely related:

1. Pause the game
2. Place some tiles
3. Hang Aero Pots from new tiles
4. Unpause for a brief moment.
5. Pause again
6. Remove the Aero Pot

Observed behavior:

Warning "invalid construction location" persist in list of warning despite aero pot no longer being there
