I found out that if you have a sleet wheat grain or nosh bean and you compost it, then click a random tile to get the menu to disappear then click the grain again and cancel compost it will be reset to 99% freshness.
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to recreate exactly:
1.Open a world in the latest live branch
2.Find a sleet wheat grain or nosh bean with any percentage less than 98 to see the change.
3.Click compost
4.Click another tile because the cancel compost option wont show up until you click away then back.
5. Click the grain or bean and cancel compost
6.Voila, Fresh sleet wheat or nosh bean.
