Installing issue?

When I got my beta invite, ONI wasn't installed.  When I tried to install it on Steam, the download kept pausing itself, and refused to go past 644.11/644.92.  I got it to install by unchecking the expansion in Steam (under DLC), installing the base game, then checking the DLC again, and it updated successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

Uninstall the game, then attempt to install it together with the expac selected

I had exactly the same problem (though download finally stopped at 642.2/644.92).
The same solution worked for me (uncheck DLC -> install the game -> turn the DLC on).
