Rocket has 2 range remaining, but says its destination 2 tiles away is out of range.
When I changed destination to point to Nailini itself, it no longer complained.
Steps to Reproduce
Fly rocket out a bit, tell it to return to an orbit when it has just the range to reach that orbit.
