At -60 degrees fahrenheit, carbon dioxide will convert to liquid, with the status showing it is in a liquid state, but the properties and description showing it is still in a gaseous state.

Steps to Reproduce

As far as I can tell put carbon dioxide in the surface biome, possibly coming from a petrol generator.

What is wrong in the picture is that the information box didn't refresh properly

Condensation point of Carbon Dioxide is 54.4 F

but... what the info box should be showing is:

I've seen it a couple of times happening (different info box than the element selected) but I don't know why/when it is happening
