I can't connect to Klei server in "Oxygen not Included (DLC spaced OUT)" for a long time. Please help!
【Problem】
I can't connect to Klei server in "Oxygen not Included" on STEAM platform, so I can't get any cosmetic skins not even once.
Please resolve this bug(?), or tell me how to resolve it.

Thank you very much for your reply. From your description, there seems to be something else on your computer that may be affecting either the Steam Client, or the game's ability to connect to our item servers. That said, you may want to try these additional steps:
1) If you are trying to connect to the game or online servers via Wi-Fi, please try connecting via Ethernet/wired cables as this is a more stable connection compared to wireless.
2) You may also want to try resetting your router and/or modem, and ensure that both router/modem's firmware or drivers have been updated to the latest version. You will be able to find the firmware updates on the router manufacturer's website.
3) Ensure that your internet service provider is not having any issues with their service for in your area. You can also contact your ISP for technical assistance with connection issues if you are still encountering connection issues with various games, servers, and services.
4) If you are trying to play the game using a VPN, you may want to try temporarily turning off the VPN to see if that is causing an issue with networking or connections to our servers.
5) Security software - Unfortunately malware, firewall and virus protection programs can be a bit unpredictable at times. Try disabling anything you have running temporarily then try running the game again, in case that was affecting either Steam or the game's ability to connect to servers.
6) 3rd-Party Software - Pop-up blockers, ad-blockers, and other types of software running in the background can sometimes cause problems. Turn off anything you have running in the background temporarily then try running the game again to see if that helps.
7) Finally, if you have or have had mods enabled in the past, please try to disable all mods in case you have any enabled (or installed) that may interfere with the game’s processes, as well as the game's networking functionality.
> If disabling mods does not work, delete all mod files from your Steam folder for Oxygen Not Included. Once all mod files have been deleted from your Steam folder for the game, unsubscribe all of your Oxygen Not Included mods from the Steam Workshop, then try launching the game once more to see if that resolves the issue.
I have been unable to connect since the game started.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
