Try to plant a "Grubfruit Seed" into a Farm Tile, and the "Plant" button remains grayed out. It only requires Sulfur and supports a Farm Plot ( Planter Box, Farm Tile, or Hydroponic Farm).
I can easily plant mealwood in the tile and there are 4 empty tiles above the plant.
