Sigh... (How many was it?) There is still one overlay that can be seen from adjacent planetoids. The "harvest enable/disable" overlay shows plants to other planetoids not only the one you are at.
Steps to Reproduce
Discover and reveal planetoids. When you try to enable/disable harvest to plants, the signs of every plant to the next planetoid are revealed also
