Gold volcano converts water and saltwater to very cold ice

I have a gold volcano sitting in a shallow pool of water and saltwater. Every time it erupts it converts the water and saltwater to ice and brine ice at about -200 degrees farenheight.  I am not sure exactly what it is doing, but I keep having my dupes haul the ice away and pour in new saltwater.  I am attaching a save file, I think. The gold volcano with the problem is in the lower right corner of the asteroid, "Growelin".  At the moment, you can see that it has made some ice and brine ice as it is erupting.

Steps to Reproduce

You can look at the save game. I don't know how this happened. I have plenty of other volcanos, both gold and aluminium, neither have this problem. I've never seen this before in my thousands of hours playing.

maybe because volcano self is -174.2 ?

or you have at there solid carbon dioxide what causes this because that temp not changes

To add to this, the volcano sat dormant in salt water for about 20 cycles with no problems - only after it erupted did the salt water turn into very cold ice.
