Gases are spawning inside my disabled vent line.

As in the title. I build  a vent line to transfer a little  bit of CO 2 from bottom of asteroid to top. Then I used pliers on vent pipe to 'shut down' gas pump that is still sitting in pure CO2. After few cycles there is CO2, H2 and Chlorine in the middle of the vent pipes going to vent output. There is no source of H2 and Chlorine here. The vent has only output connected since some time. I am supplying only O2 to this asteroid.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce it. Here is just an outcome to investigate or just to report this problem.

I was thinking about it but aren't they producing only Hydrogen? If so then where CO2 and Chlorine came from?

Smog Slugs collect gases around them and pipe them into a vent instead of producing electricity like Plug Slugs. Biological pumps. Same exists for liquids.
