Gas flow to CO2 rockets stops working after some time

Input to CO2 rocket sometimes does not "pull" from gas pipes. Reloading game fixes issue until next landing.

I have tried multiple solutions: plain pipe through all inputs, "E" style pipe split from one source to 3 inputs, bridge "overflow" as attached screenshot... Nothing remains functional. Even placing canister filler to same gas pipe can stop rocket from registering on gas pipe.

Steps to Reproduce

Start and land rockets filled from single gas pipe.

same here, I have to save and reload the game to start CO2 flowing into the rocket.

Even with only one rocket piped it does not flow. The rocket lands and does not get refueled unless I reload the game.
