Game freeze when opening printer

Inconsistent game freeze when opening the main (1st\normal) printer, has happened twice in 8 cycles.
After restarting the game and waiting for printer to become active again, will play as normal

Steps to Reproduce

Load game
Wait for printer to be active
Click open printer
One in 3 times (so far for me) the game will crash\freeze and be unresponsive
Close with task manager/ Accept offer to kill
Restart game and continue as normal

I've just loaded a game where this is happening, haven't happened before (i'm already on cycle 52, and have 2 printers).

 

EDIT: I manage to click the "Choose Printable" button by clicking on the corner of it.
