Fish feeder has a cooldown that's affected by real time

Game speed affects how often a feeder can feed Pacu. On fast speed (3x) I could only feed about 25 Pacu from a single feeder. When I lowered game speed to normal all 50 Pacu ate very quickly. Don't mind the additional information in the screenshot, I originally thought the bug was caused by Pacu flopping.

I posted about this on Reddit and another user said that Feeders seem to be limited to feeding Pacu every 5 seconds. 70 Pacu is about 3x that of 25, so it looks like the 5-second cooldown is based on real time.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a one tile Pacu ranch (example below) and test it on different game speeds. Non-water liquids are all 100kg so Pacu can't swim in them and stay under the Feeder.

User Feedback

How many critters are in your save? For performance reasons only 5 critters think each frame. At lower game speeds this means more time to think in a cycle. With hundreds of critters it could take a few seconds between each brain update.

The only other critters were other Pacu in different designs, that was a test world, no more than a 100 total.
