It looks like the Field Research (needed to enable transportation machines across planetoids) is either mapped incorrectly on the skill tree or not refreshed when a Dup arrives at the planetoid.
Steps to Reproduce
Have a dup with Field Research travel via telemeter to a planetoid that needs to have the machine turn on. See how machine can't be turned on, vents can't be analyzed.
