Farm tiles retain previous fertilizer when plant removed, prevents planting different plant type

Running build 474795.

Previous builds did not exhibit this behavior.  I typically grow mealwood until I can move to grubfruit.  When doing this, i uproot the mealwood and plant grubfuit, but this latest build does not allow changing plant type on existing farm tile.  It appears that because dirt is still stored in the tile after uprooting the plant, only plants that require dirt as a fertilizer can be planted.  It requires destroying the farm tile and rebuilding to allow for grubfruit planting.

See the attached screenshot shows dirt still present and the plant button for grubfruit greyed out.

Steps to Reproduce

Plant mealwood, fertilize - uproot and then attempt to plant grubfruit.
