Duplicant motion sensor doesn't register that a dupe is in its range unless the entire duplicant is within its sensing area.

I've recently noticed that with duplicant motion sensors that if they don't register the lower body of duplicant moving in the sensing area, then they don't activate.

Shouldn't they be able to sense the duplicant's upper body as well?

Steps to Reproduce

Build a sensor that only can scan the top half of a duplicant and notice that it doesn't activate from a duplicant moving within its area.
