I had a duplicant stuck in a carbon dioxide filled are with no way out, I used the yellow alert to get all my dupes to work on digging her out, only for ruby here to get suck on top of a block that isn't there anymore. No idea how it happened. I think she jumped onto a block while it was being mined, and her destination was being mined, at the same time.
Also, my output_log file is way out of date, can someone explain that to me?
Steps to Reproduce
all I know is she is still standing on top of where some natural tiles where (that's why the ladder on the right descends to nothing) and was mining something to her left. other duplicants where also helping excavate the area around and under her. Also reloading the game dropped her.
