Dupes perform one task and get stuck in a loop of "Supplying cook ingredients" while not moving

Dupes will get locked in place regardless of what they're doing after about 1-2 tasks. It seems the only thing that can get them to do anything other than stand in place while repeatedly updating the status "Supplying cook ingredients" is when breaktime starts or if I take "Supplying" out of their priorities.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

I'm honestly not sure. I'd provide my save file, if possible, but it's 15MB when it's compressed. I've had this save for months and only really noticed it happen after the June Update.

Oh I got this one too !

I think it's related to the Spice Grinder that is getting stalled. If you click on the recipe you are trying to do in your Spice Grinder, it should unstall your dupe (but it's still a bug)

I tried making it so no recipes were selected at all in the spice grinder so they wouldn't think about going to it, but they kept at it.

Just noticed that the spice grinder says there's no mealwood seeds in spite of having a lot of seeds nearby. And then even after every recipe is unselected, it still says there's insufficient resources:
