Dupes in atmosuits won't wash hands at sink or wash basin

Duplicants that are wearing an atmosuit walk right past the wash basin and sinks. I took them out of the suits and they washed their hands just fine. I only noticed because ALL of my dupes were getting food poisoning and I have no contamination with the food. My dupes are in atmosuits 24/7 for this base so they only change when going into their bedrooms.

After the testing branch update 453222 the issue started and remains with the patch update 453479. Maybe this is not a bug, but I'm reporting it as such since no mention of this was made in the updates.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a dupe use the bathroom in atmo suit(or anything where they get germs on themselves. The dupe walks past the sink without using it and has germs on them.

That sounds more like a feature than a bug :D Should be consistent though, so no using toilets or eating in atmosuits
