In my latest playthrough (fresh new start) I have noticed an increasing number of times where the dupes will build tiles and just get themselves stuck inside the tiles. This literally happens often and back to back. I have this on stream so if you want to watch it you can.
They also get stuck mid air or just in place too where they're locked and can't move (even tried force moving them but the curse shows red cross hair).
This can happen when they're also healing on a med bed. After they're all healed up they're just stuck as if they're hanging on to an invisible ladder. They're not even in mid air but touching the floor.
During my 10 hour stream, about 3-4 times stuck mid air. 5-6 times (even a double block) where they'll build themselves or each other inside a tile.
Oddly, it doesn't say entombed. It used to show entombed and the used to have wiggling stuck animation but this time just stuck inside the block.

Not sure how to reproduce but just build a bunch of tiles on a floor going straight across. as for being stuck mid air or being stuck from a med bed, only thing i can say his take some damage and go rest on a bed and wait.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
