Since this last update my dupes can no longer build the ceilings of rooms which are 4 tiles high.  They used to be able to reach these tiles when they stood directly underneath them.

Steps to Reproduce

dig a 4 tile high space. 

build tiles on the bottom and top of this space leaving 4 open between the top and bottom.  Duplicants are unable to build the top row.

They never reached 5 tiles (building above 4 tiles tall rooms, meaning building the ceiling of a 4 tiles tall room). I think there was a mod that made that possible. If dublicants stand on a ladder, they can reach 4 above and 3 below the point they stand.
