Fly rocket to glimmering asteroid field and stop, "not drilling".
I know that this worked prior to the latest patch.
Guess I'll just fly home empty-handed. 
Steps to Reproduce
Rocket with (top to bottom):
- drillcone w/ diamond installed
- spacefarer module
- 1 artifact module
- 1 cargo module (12T available)
- 1 solar panel
- battery module
- radbolt engine
Height 20/20.
Fly out to glimmering asteroid field and stop. "Not drilling".
Doesn't fix itself with a restart.

Update: Same game the drill works fine on the return trip in a Sandy Ore Field. Same rocket, just a few turns later in a different POI. What changed?
