Disable harvest is not working

The disable harvest feature is not working. I have tried it with multiple plants and it does not prevent the dupes from harvesting a previously set as "harvest allowed" plant.

This prevents from creating natural reservoir by accidentally setting once a single use plant as "harvest allowed", also this could interfere in drekos alimentation

Steps to Reproduce

1.- Set a plant as "harvest enabled"

2.- Set that plant as "harvest disabled"

3.- Wait for a dupe to harvest it

I noticed this too. You'll notice that those plants will still be tagged with "Harvest Errand" - If you use the cancel tool on them after disabling autoharvest they won't be harvested. But it does seem like a bug.
