A Scout Rover with a dead battery can be re-awakened without needing to charge its batteries.
Get a Dupe to dig the tile under the Rover and he will magically come back to life, it can then work on 0.0J of battery.
I am not sure if he will keep working indefinitely after this.
Steps to Reproduce
1: Deploy a Scout Rover on an asteroid and set it to work.
2: Wait until its batteries have died.
3: Land a Dupe on the asteroid and dig the tile directly under the scout rover.
4: Set the rover back to work and profit!!
