I got a little confused for a sec when I saw Otto among the list of dupes who can pass through doors... 

Because he's dead. But because he isn't given a proper burial, his restless soul, which for some reason has 100% bladder and student debt, still haunts every single door in the Olmasangli-Bus asteroid cluster, a reminder to all that he was once alive and breathing through his mouth. Avoid the doors... avoid the doors, or the restless souls of murdered dupes will haunt the colony.
