changing a command module to something else prevents command module construction

"Change module" from command module to something non-command module

replacement module is built

command modules greyed out because it does not recognize that the rocket no longer has a command module. currently trying to deconstruct the changed module to see if that will remove this error, but have to stop playing for the moment, will update.
