can't start

I got this error too, it also caused what I assume is a memory leak. I watched the performance on task manager, it quickly ate up all my RAM and then forced other programs to restart.

Hi! I know the platform is marked as Windows in the report, but is it possible that build is running on Linux? (known issue with that version for the time being)

Another option is to uninstall the game completely and reinstall it to see if that fixes the error

I had the same problem here, but I found a sollution for that.

My problem was that it was set to public testing in steam.

When I opt out of all beta programs the game work and you can turn the DLC ingame on or off .

Ah yes! double-check which beta branch you're on. If you're on the public_testing branch, try opting out.
