Took about half an hour and 10 crashes but I finally got passed the cycle...
After constantly reloading and crashing the only thing that stopped the crashing was keeping the Bristle Blossom seeds out of the Interplanetary Launcher.
The client crashed on both the attached PC info as well as on my Predator Titan 300 laptop so it's not the computer.
The attached save "The Hapless Galaxy" is a save right before the seeds enter the launcher causing the crash. The Cycle 2833 save is the auto save at the beginning of the cycle. If the seeds are stopped before making it to the launcher it won't crash.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
