Can't plant seeds

The "plant" button on farm tiles and planter boxes is not active for most seeds even when those seeds are available and the space above the farm plot is unobstructed. I do not see the same issue with decorative plants in flower pots, only with crops in farm plots. I first encountered this in a modded save, but disabling all mods does not resolve the issue. No mods were enabled when the attached save and screenshots were made.
I am encountering this issue on all of my Spaced Out! save files and on multiple machines. It is not present in my base game saves. I did not have this issue before [Game Update] - 562200. Edit: I've since replicated this bug in the previous version as well.

Steps to Reproduce

Spawn a variety of crop seeds (e.g. mealwood, bristle blossom, grubfruit, etc.) and select each of them in the farm plot interface.

I too have experienced this bug in a non-modded, non-sandbox game. Luckily closing the game and reloading was a possible work around for me.

So far I've tried: restarting the game, restarting my PC, playing on a different PC (with new and old saves), reinstalling the game, reinstalling Steam, and reinstalling after unsubscribing to all mods. None of that has resolved the issue.
