Can't change starting cluster for new game

When starting a new game, player can't choose a starting cluster other than swamp cluster. Pressing arrow on the top left/right of the screen only changes the seed for world generation, while clicking the icons of other clusters doesn't give any response. Also tried dragging the swamp cluster to the left/right of the screen, but to no effect.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Install the latest DLC
  2. Start a new game.

Hi @Drowsy Corgi only the Swamp Cluster is available at the moment. The smaller planetoids represent the worlds found within the cluster and are not separate clusters to choose from. We are working on adding more clusters.

+1 Here, I thought this was a bug for sure. I know it's EA and all but the behavior and presentation sure gives the impression of this being a bug.
