Cannot select spaceship when visiting a tile that results in Unknown Object Detected!, when the spaceship has no cartography module.

Fixed

Sent spaceship to space tile for rover deployment. Spaceship does not have cartographer module. Spaceship stops at tile, and reveals Unknown Object Detected! message. At this point, I cannot select the spaceship for further commands. I may be missing something, but clicking, double clicking, right clicking, etc would not make the ship active. As such I could not deploy the rover nor could I move the ship to adjacent tiles.

Steps to Reproduce

Load save. Wait for ship to reach tile. Select ship.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
