I opened the canister emptier and between the unbreathable and breathable categories there was one titled Steel. It wasn't able to be selected nor opened but still counted when trying to press the all category.

Steps to Reproduce
The glitch persists through my saves, I can't ret rid of it to reproduce it.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
