Bupes not using accessible communal tables on planetoid when rocket with disabled communal table is present

When it's downtime for the bionic dupes on Buoyola, most of them refuse to use the communal table. Instead, they stand in the washroom and eat their batteries there. Based on some testing by some of the mods on the main discord server, it was found that when the rocket (containing a disabled communal table) is removed, they use the communal tables normally. This problem is present with and without mods in use.

Steps to Reproduce

From testing, it seems to happen every time the bupes are in downtime and this happens when loaded on other machines. Even with incomplete mod loading/no mod loading, the problem still occurs.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Having this same issue, and then some. On my Starting planetoid I have two banquet halls: One for my dupes making dream journals for the somnium synthesizer, and one for the rest of my dupes. I have seen, on multiple occasions, dupes which do have access to the main banquet hall but not the auxiliary one eat without sitting at the tables. This hasn't effected my colony's performance, but it is kind of annoying that I've built a nice place for them to eat and they refuse to use it.

I also experienced the exact thing listed in the bug report, but I imagine the two are related. Destroying the conflicting communal table does fix this, so it's probably something to do with how dupes evaluate which tables are available if I had to speculate. I am playing with mods, so I'll spin up a test world to see if I can replicate this in vanilla.

Update: Did some testing in sandbox, and it is just when there's a rocket set to grounded/disabled with a banquet hall. Reproduced it in the attached save. Built multiple banquet halls, restricted access to some, and the behavior didn't appear until I added the rocket interior with a banquet hall. I even built a great hall just in case they might use available mess tables instead, but they didn't. With this extra info, it seems when they select a table to eat at they consider every table within their pathing including the disabled/grounded ones, and instead of retrying when the grounded/disabled one is selected (or being prevented from selecting them entirely) they give up on finding a table to eat/power up at. Dorky Utopia.sav
