Dupes can access some buildings to deconstruct/construct behind solid tiles, like on screenshot

Save file contain one simle setup to try it

Steps to Reproduce

1 - build a floor

2 - plan some building that would be reachable through one tile gap

3 - give dupes time and materials to construct

4 - you can deconstruct this building later

Also saw this issue, was surprised when dupe started to build through a tile.
