Brine annihilates with polluted water

Hello, I couldn't find it reported anywhere, and I'm not sure if it's the issue with DLC or whether it exists in live.

Below is my metal refinery setup. Currently it's cooled with cold brine. After a production cycle the brine at temperature around 25 Celsius goes along the pipe, marked with arrow. But when it exits through the liquid vent it disappears. And the polluted water tile below the vent is reduced by 10 kg everytime 10kg of brine reaches the vent. Polluter water temperature doesn't change in the process. Seems like the brine falls to the polluted water and both somehow cancel themselves out?

Steps to Reproduce

TBD, will experiment a bit to find specific setup causing this.

Save file included, moments before brine is about to reach the vent.

If I dig out the polluted ice tile to the right from polluted water tile then it gets fixed, as in brine starts to occupy one of the tiles, while polluter water moves to the other (or brine stacks on the polluted water)
