Blue Screen VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE

Hello everyone,

I have the game on Steam.

I installed the DLC Spaced Out recently and played for one month but it's been two weeks now the game crashes at the Klei starting screen.

First I had a window with Unity error, the game crashed and I had to restart the game (sometimes 2 or 3 times) to access to the main menu.

Now after few seconds on the Klei starting logo I have a Blue Screen error with the code : VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE and nvlddmkm.sys.

If I disable the DLC on Steam the game launches correctly. I tried to reinstall the game and the DLC but I still have a BSOD when the DLC is activated.

Would you have any suggestion to solve this ?

You have a 2 gb gtx 1050 non TI he has a 1050 Ti with 4 GB of ram.

Because you have 2 gb of vram you could try to run the game with the graphics option "Low Resolution Textures" enabled. Seems to do the trick on my 2gb vram laptop, it will run the base game without this enabled but with the expansion i need to enable it.

I have partially solved the problem by downgrading the driver of my GPU. I have no more blue screens, the Unity crash still remains but after several tries I can reach the game menu
